Workshops
A thorough induction course during your first months on the programme will provide you with an invaluable understanding of our business strategy and the goals that drive our growth. You’ll be introduced to many different aspects of our business, along with current and former graduates and senior managers from across the group. Naturally, you’ll also gain a thorough grounding in health and safety at work.
Additional Qualifications
You will be entitled to an additional qualification budget of £2,100, which can be used to fund any other relevant qualification that has a clear benefit to both your personal and professional development and our business.

We’ll expect you to give genuine consideration to the part you could play in delivering our Responsible Business Agenda, so you can make a significant impact.
That means we’ll ask you to participate actively in a community project during one of your placements. It’ll be a chance to do something great for the local community, and provide a benefit to them - and of course it’s also an excellent opportunity to gain valuable management experience.
You’ll be encouraged to find a project that interests you personally. There are always plenty to choose from. Past projects have included mentoring young people, helping community groups to market themselves, and developing nature reserves.
