Naturally, our highly skilled Talent Development Team is passionate about your progress. They’ll always ensure you have all the specialist expertise you need to excel in your current role. They’ll also encourage you to demonstrate even more creativity and flexibility, by providing relevant training and development opportunities to maximise your skills and expertise. This can take many forms, whether on-the-job, residential, short courses or through support for study.

We want to make sure expertise within the business is maximised, so we’ll support and encourage relocation if you have the skills and desire.

If you aim to go all the way, you’ll follow a course of Management Fundamentals training, then progress to a series of Boot Camps, which are underpinned by IMI’s competency framework – the IMI Leadership Blueprint. At that stage, our goal is for you to hold a senior management post within two job moves. You’ll then take part in Leader’s Boot Camps, designed to equip you for the highest level of leadership. Our Executives and Presidents also enjoy structured development through our exclusive personalised executive programmes.
